- Account Information: Name, email, authentication identifiers.
- Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Documents: Contracts and related files you upload for processing.
- Usage Data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookies.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service (AI analysis + attorney review).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Process payments and send transactional communications.
- Monitor abuse/fraud and ensure compliance with law.
- Analytics and product development to improve accuracy and UX.
5. Data Security
We implement encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices on SOC 2–friendly infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
Contracts and related data are retained for 12 months unless you request deletion or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights

9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
